2014 2015 左永安顧問 EMBA 個案討論 協同談判 我國目前已與 TPP 之 2 個成員國簽署經濟合作/夥伴協定， 102 年 7 月 10 日與紐西蘭簽署 「臺紐經濟合作協定(Agreement between New Zealand and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu on Economic Cooperation ，簡稱ANZTEC)」， 同年 11 月 7 日與新加坡簽署 「臺星經濟夥 伴 協 定 (Agreement between Singapore and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu on Economic Partnership，簡稱 ASTEP)」， 均以「臺澎金馬個別關稅領域」作為締約主體之名稱， 並已分別於 102 年 12 月 1 日及 103 年 4 月 19 日生效，持續展現我國經貿自由化之決心。
